Join us on Tuesday, May 31st for Echelon's 2027 Guest Chef Series featuring a special guest: Chef Quincy Randolph.
Chef Quincy Randolph is a distinguished culinary professional and entrepreneur based in Roanoke, Virginia. He co-owns RND Coffee, Food Hut, Suerte, and is the executive Chef and Owner of Buddy Ray’s. Unique establishments that have become cornerstones of the Roanoke food and beverage scene.
Quincy's culinary journey began in Louisville, Kentucky, where he graduated at the top of his class from culinary school. He honed his skills in fine dining restaurants across Cincinnati and Chicago, notably at the Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning Blackbird. There, he collaborated with renowned chefs, significantly shaping his culinary expertise.
In 2018, Quincy's talent led him to the national stage with his first appearance on Food Network's "Guy's Grocery Games." This experience sparked a series of media engagements, including appearances on "Beat Bobby Flay" and "Chopped."
Chef Quincy will serve a prix fixe, multi-course menu for $200. There will only be an omnivore menu and no modifications. A wine pairing will be available to add-on during your dinner; with cocktails available a la carte as well.
