Chef Frank Fejeran - Echelon Guest Chef Series

Join us on Tuesday, November 17th for Echelon's 2026 Guest Chef Series featuring a special guest: Chef Frank Fejeran.
You might know where Frank Fejeran cooked before Ricewood. You might not. Years before the brisket and the red rice, he was running fine dining kitchens. Head chef at The Ravens Club here in Ann Arbor, time in Chicago at Hopleaf and Takashi, stages in kitchens like Alinea and Green Zebra. Then he stepped away from all of it to open Ricewood, now one of the most beloved barbecue spots in town.
He's the latest chef to join our Guest Chef Series. This is not the Ricewood menu. It's the range he set aside to run his own kitchen, several courses of it. Chef Frank will serve a prix fixe, multi-course menu for $200. There will only be an omnivore menu and no modifications. A wine pairing will be available to add-on during your dinner; with cocktails available a la carte as well.
